Our Shipping Policy
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. We aim for your products to reach you domestically within 2 – 4 business days once your order has been processed and depending on Royal Mail.
A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products from Ladies Paradise Ltd. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return your products unopened and unused within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect the items and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for your refund to how up within your credit card statements.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed you will not be eligible for a refund.
