We follow guidelines from the government, local councils and NHBF, which is the trade body for Hair and Beauty industries.
We implemented COVID-19 working safely guidelines into our salons in 2020 when the government allowed businesses to commence trade. In salon we adhere to wearing masks during treatments, as well as using gloves and protective clothing such as disposable capes or aprons to protect clients and staff.
Additionally we comply by Hillingdon council and Hertfordshire County Councils regarding trading under covid practical rules and regulations to ensure our clients, staff and community are working in providing a safe environment for us to continue business in a way which minimises covid risk.
Ladies Paradise Ltd salon continue to sanitise all treatment beds daily, we sterilise all our nail, hairdressing, facial extraction and any facial hair removal tools.
We continue to use salon grade disposable items to minimise risk.
Our staff will self-isolate immediately if we are unwell with Corona virus and not come into the salon. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient, but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled, you will be able to re-book again.

We often allocate priority appointments to our vulnerable or senior clients during quieter times to avoid close contact.
